随着 (suízhe) means "along with," "following," or, more formally, "in the wake of." The idea is that one thing is "following" another, reacting along with it. Subj. + 随着 + Noun + Verb Phrase 随着 is one of those words that can have a wide range of translations, all highly dependent upon the context. 随着 can also be used in the following structure to indicate that a change in the first part causes a respective change in the second part.
