Explicação da Regra:

A conjunção '不仅... 而且...' (bùjǐn... érqiě...) expressa progressão aditiva ('não apenas..., mas também...'). A primeira oração introduz uma qualidade ou fato inicial com '不仅' (ou '不但'), e a oração subsequente expande ou intensifica a afirmação com '而且' ou '还' (ex: 他不仅会说汉语，而且说得很好 = Ele não só fala mandarim, como também fala muito bem).

• 他不仅很帅，而且很聪明。 (tā bùjǐn hěn shuài，érqiě hěn cōngmíng 。): "He is not only handsome, but also very smart."
